Every company is only as good as the least experienced employee. At Seichō, I try to create conditions that will allow everyone to reach their potential and gain the knowledge needed to effectively run digital campaigns and become an experienced Growth Marketer.

Our team

At Seichō, all professionals start as trainees who are trained according to a clearly defined three-month internship program. This approach ensures a high level of specialization and matching skills to the current needs and challenges of clients.

Growth Academy

The Growth Academy is a proprietary 3-month internship program, which aims to acquire knowledge as quickly as possible and enable the practical application of the acquired knowledge.  We also have constant contact and support from more experienced specialists at every step.

First month

  • Practically from day one, we offer training in online marketing and work on projects. 

  • Familiarize yourself with analytical tools and reading data. 

  • E-commerce campaign training

  • Work on projects and contact with the client. 

Second month

  • In the second month, we improve our campaign optimization skills. 

  • We mainly focus on analyzing the effectiveness of the campaign. 

  • We learn best practices in individual campaigns and specialist thinking. 

Third month

  • In the third month, we focus on customer development.

  • We learn how to find opportunities and take advantage of new opportunities offered by digital marketing. 

  • We learn additional aspects that go beyond regular paid campaigns. 

  • We get to know new channels and tools.
